Academy of St. Martin in the Fields

The celebrated English chamber orchestra is joined by Israeli pianist Inon Bartanan for the Mozart Piano Concerto No. 9 (in E-flat, K. 271, Jenamy) as well as a newly commissioned work for piano and orchestra by the contemporary Scottish composer Alasdair Nicolson. Also on the program is Aaron Copland’s tone poem Quiet City and Mozart’s Symphony No. 29 (in A, K. 201).
