Opera Fusion: “Not In My Town”

The fledgling opera company presents the world premiere of Michael W. Ross’s Not in My Town, an opera based on the 1998 killing of gay Wyoming college student Matthew Shepard. With Ryan Townsend as Matthew and Robyn Marie Lamp as his best friend, Romaine Patterson. Gordon Roberts conducts; Ardean Landhuis, who also sings the role of Matthew’s father, directs.
